We source coffees from all over the world through small importers of specialty coffee who purchase directly from the coffee producers (not through the traditional auction system), thus ensuring them better returns. Nømad's baristas prepare weekly cuppings where the public can taste new coffees. A cupping is the perfect way to learn about a coffee's origins and the processes, from the picking of the cherries to the roasting and preparation.
