We have been directly responsible for around asset managed 18,000 beds and development of 11,400 beds in the UK and our Abodus portfolio is growing rapidly. Pipeline Asset Abodus is in the process of developing a 350-bed development in one of the England’s most prestigious University cities and acquiring a further 850 beds across two Scottish cities.
