DESCRIPTION

In the last year Acorns Children's Hospice has supported over 870 children and more than 1,141 families, including those who are bereaved. We provide short break, emergency and end-of-life care from the hospices with a dedicated community team to support the family 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
