We help businesses, organisations and individuals create and deliver strategies for engaging with customers, media, investors and financial markets, employees, policymakers, politicians and regulators. Our senior team has worked at the front line of operational and regulatory crises and special situations, and has worked with chairmen and chief executives to steer boards and executive committees through the most challenging times and events. We have advised companies on all levels of City engagement, from M&A to debt refinancing and complex reporting. We have experience of the most influential editorial positions in the UK media. We have also worked in some of the most challenging in-house roles anywhere in the world. Our associates are selected as the brightest graduates and professionals of their generation. Charlotte Street Partners is led by two Founding Partners: Malcolm Robertson and Andrew Wilson. We enjoy the backing of a high-quality Board of Directors, chaired by Sir Angus Grossart. Our Board includes Roland Rudd and James Murgatroyd of Finsbury, one of the world’s leading strategic City and communications advisers; Johnny Hornby, Founder of The & Partnership, a leading independent marketing communications agency holding company; and MT Rainey OBE, one of the creative industries’ most successful leaders and Chairman of Think, a leading UK digital agency. MT is also deputy chair of Channel 4 and a non-executive director of Pinewood Studios.
