Our development pipeline includes two new hotels in London and one in New York City which are expected to add an additional 600 rooms by the end of 2022/2023. We enjoy an exclusive license from Radisson Hotel Group to operate the upper upscale Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand across EMEA which complements our wholly-owned lifestyle brand, art’otel.
