Arc Legal Assistance is a leading provider of legal expenses insurance and assistance services in the UK and Ireland. We write in excess of £33.2m Net Written Premium across all product lines, and manage over 16 million LEI policies. Our portfolio of contracts include the management of over 5.5 million motor legal expenses policies, over 2.4 million family legal expenses policies and providing access to off duty legal protection for 2 in 3 police officers in England and Wales. We work with insurers, intermediaries, financial institutions and affinity groups, focusing upon delivering bespoke solutions providing 'best in market' legal advice and case handling. Our business model is tried and tested by major insurance providers and we constantly innovate to improve customer service even further, and deliver continued value added benefits to our corporate partners’ customers.
