We are the UK's leading ports group and, along with our customers, contribute £7.5 billion to the UK economy every year and support over 119,000 jobs. Our trades and services include, but are not limited to, Containers, Passengers & Cruises, General Cargo, Offshore Wind, Dry Bulks & Green Energy, Forest Products, Fresh Produce, Liquid Bulks, Steel & Other Metals and Roll-on Roll-off. ABP owns and operates 21 ports around the UK and we handle approximately a quarter of the country's seaborne trade. Located eight miles outside Birmingham, the Hams Hall Railfreight Terminal is situated adjacent to the Nuneaton-to-Birmingham railway line and handles deep-sea and short-sea traffic to and from ports such as Southampton, Tilbury, Ipswich and Felixstowe, as well as traffic via the Channel Tunnel and domestic traffic from Scotland. This framework targets our efforts in a coordinated way and provides support and guidance to each of our business units.
