LEMAN was founded in 1900 by Paul Lehmann in Copenhagen, Denmark and has been at the service of professional clients since that day. LEMAN employs more than 700 staff at locations in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, the UK and the USA. Its warehouse and terminal surface amounts to 85,000 square metres (915,000 sq.ft.). Together with its international partners, LEMAN operates in excess of 200 import and export routes. LEMAN International is a member of the Nordic Association of Freight Forwarders as well as the Danish Association of Freight Forwarders, the IATA and the FIATA. The company is a private limited company governed by Danish law. LEMAN aims to be a preferred place of employment and encourages staff to take part in continuing education programmes.
