Services to consumers include: residential sales, lettings, surveying, conveyancing and advice on mortgages and non-investment insurance products. Services to mortgage lenders include: valuations and panel management services, asset management and property management services. LSL operates across the residential property services value chain. Our market can be categorised into two principal segments: Estate Agency and Related Services; and Surveying and Valuation Services House Price Indices LSL Property Services plc releases a number of house price indices which provide a comprehensive view of house prices across the UK. Each month the England & Wales House Price Index is released which is compiled using sold house price data collected by the Land Registry. Individual house price indices are also produced for Scotland and Wales. The Buy-to-Let index is produced monthly - an analysis of approximately 18,000 rental properties and tenancies from around the UK, includes data on rents, arrears, yields and voids and provides an invaluable insight into the state of the rental market in the UK.
