From the development of Greenfield sites to the active Estate Management of the largest professional music community in the world at Tile Yard and everything in between. Established over 35 years ago by Paul Kempe, CPP has become a respected property company involved in a wide range of creative property investment, development and land use optimisation. Activities have ranged from direct Central London office developments, the purchase and enhancement of industrial and mixed-use sites throughout Greater London, to creative and collaborative planning solutions on residential led land sites in the South East. CPP now has an established commercial long-term investment portfolio. The signature investment is the Tile Yard London Estate immediately north of the King’s Cross regeneration project. Home to over 150 companies and creative individuals with over 1,200 employees, the 200,000 sq ft Estate has established itself as the largest collaborative music community in the world. This has now grown to include complimentary industries in the entertainment, technology and marketing sectors. Recent CPP acquisitions have included adjacent sites at Tile Yard to meet increasing tenant demand and to provide improving facilities to the expanding community. Alongside developing studios, CPP strive to help aspiring artists. By being a patron of the Royal Academy Schools scheme, we provide studio space for post graduate artists. Paul and Susie Kempe have regularly backed artists with donations to the RA including bring Ai Weiwei’s Tree sculptures to London’s Royal Academy. The latest CPP venture in Wakefield has strong ties to the Hepworth and hopes to be developing an adjacent site which will provide studio space and educational facilities to artists from all over the world. Over the past 35 years, CPP have successfully delivered quality property development projects across all sectors both directly and in partnership with others.
