In fact, it’s been so successful we've developed a dedicated HR division to recruit HR professionals at all levels. Also, we've added an Engineering offering to work throughout Europe to meet client demand. We are organised around IT niches, an HR division, and an Engineering offering. Our services include Permanent and Contract recruitment across the developed world, Executive Search and Consultancy Services to our partner clients which includes market info, benchmarking of talent, salary and comp surveys, and employer-brand research. For example, our boutique agency size means our three partners - with over 25 years' experience each - are close to every assignment and client. And, our focus on relationships has resulted in sector-defying staff loyalty in each of our niches Expansion: Diversity with Standards After 15 years of steady expansion, we have embarked on a step-change in growth to meet the increasing demand from our clients. Initially, this began with our move into HR and our Engineering offering in Europe. Within IT, we'll be expanding into the exciting world of smart, connected devices and services and AI.
