Chemical Manufacturer Food/Water/Oil/Agriculture/De-Icers/Aqueous cleaning industries. Esseco UK's production facilities are geared towards meeting the stringent demands of our customers. Our plants consist of both batch and continuous processes. The use of batch reactors mean that we can offer extremely flexible and efficient responses to customer requirements. Equipment in our batch production plants comprise of jacketed pressure vessels, either stainless steel or glass-lined, with a wide range of capabilities from pilot scale up to 24,000 litres. We also have substantial bulk storage and warehouse capacity for both raw materials and finished products whether as gases, liquids or solids. The majority of our bulk store tanks are stainless steel with individual capacities of up to 1000 tonnes. The plant is operated 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift patterns are monitored closely and can be adjusted to match changes in market demands, especially to meet unexpected needs. An important part of the operation is our experienced product development team who work closely with customers in the development of new products and improvements in process technology. This focus ensures that we supply our customers with the products they want in the most cost-effective way.
