As the business has scaled, Norfolk remains at the heart of the design process, where Monica and the new product design team develop all of the collections in our thriving, vibrant Norfolk office - dubbed by The Telegraph as 'The UKs coolest office'. The Norfolk office is also home to the customer care, quality control, stock control and outbound operations teams who are spread out in a series of beautiful barn conversions on the Holkham Hall estate. In London, the press, marketing, finance, IT and merchandising teams are based in a fresh and light office in the energetic Cardinal Place, Victoria. In November 2016, the Monica Vinader team expanded into North America and opened its first boutique in the stylish SoHo district of New York City. The small satellite team in New York is swiftly growing and developing the Company’s operations throughout North America.
