First and foremost we are a community-based landlord. We work with customers across the North West to create thriving neighbourhoods, filled with opportunity and purpose. We invest in those neighbourhoods by building new homes – we plan to build 1,600 new homes over the next 5 years. In Manchester alone, the opportunities are great; the devolution means we can help shape the region’s future and play a part in the health agenda. Working alongside our partners we will build a range of multi-tenure homes, help people into work, get people on-line and seek out life enhancing opportunities.
