Our online viewings diary can be accessed 24/7 and offers buyers and tenants the opportunity to select the most convenient viewing time for them, and if that's 6pm on a Thursday evening, that's fine too. With evening and weekend viewings slots, we're happy to work around our customers' busy lives. This gets properties seen by more people, ensuring that they're let and sold as quickly as possible. Tenants are carefully considered. A company Director will call each applicant before they agree to a let, to make sure that they are right for our landlords and properties. Once agreed, tenancies are passed on to a dedicated Property Manager in our renowned Property Care Team, who will take care of referencing right through to maintenance and check outs. Sellers will benefit from a dedicated Move Manager, who will be in charge of chasing solicitors and moving the sales process along quickly - alleviating our customers from this often stressful task.
