The same-day delivery space has evolved at an exponential rate, with customer expectations following suit. The need for delivery operators to deliver parcels faster and at competitive prices has led to ever-thinning profit margins. This has hit couriers hard, with the media representing couriers as low-paid and dispensable. What's more, thinning margins make it difficult to invest in leveraging legacy infrastructure. This makes these parcel delivery operators ill-equipped to deal with rising consumer expectations. The solution to these problems is to reduce operational costs. Gophr has spent 5 years building a platform that does this by automating courier company tasks usually undertaken by humans. We're building an intelligent network that collects in-depth information on customers, couriers, locations, and consignments. Our goal is to provide industry-leading delivery experiences for customers, and optimal working solutions for couriers, all whilst building the most advanced same-day delivery network in the world. Gophr has recently completed its one-millionth delivery and our customer satisfaction rates are around 3 times the average for the parcel delivery sector. Throughout 2020, we are expanding beyond London and throughout the UK.
