With a membership of 70 organisations and growing, we provide creative engaging initiatives to build inclusive cultures, expertise in developing sustainable inclusion strategies, work as your external D&I department acting as a catalyst for culture change by harnessing the diverse talent in your organisations so you can reap the commercial rewards of being an inclusive employer. We work through organisations advocating an approach that helps everyone understand that diversity is about them and inclusion is their opportunity to add value and feel valued.
