Development We have set aside £1.5bn to develop over 11,500 new homes over the next seven years. Over the past 10 years we have developed over 4,000 homes for our local communities. We have a strong track record of developing a wide range of new homes for outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. All our profits are reinvested back into our development programme so we can continue to build more homes wherever they are needed. We have a large geographical footprint across the southwest and have recently moved into Surrey and Oxfordshire. As well as delivering large scale projects, we are committed to supporting rural homes and keeping the future of local villages alive.
