Taking inspiration from restaurants in the best five-star hotels around the world, COSMO Authentic World Kitchen introduces a sophisticated buffet concept that is accessible for all walks of life to the U.K and Ireland market. COSMO elevates the buffet concept to new levels allowing consumers to embrace global dining at affordable prices in sophisticated and luxurious surroundings. Teppanyaki experts grill steaks and fresh seafood in front of the customers, while chefs lay on a never-ending array of fresh dishes from favourite cuisines of the world. COSMO is food theatre, with a sociable and buzzing atmosphere, with something for everyone at all times of the day. We want to take people on a gastronomic journey through different countries and cultures, so they can discover the most authentic flavours of the world under one roof.
