Motability Operations Ltd is the private company that runs the Motability Car Scheme and the Motability Powered Wheelchair and Scooter Scheme. We are the UK’s largest car leasing company, with over 40 years experience in the industry. We employ over 900 people across three locations; London, Bristol and Edinburgh, and deliver a range of functions including dealer and manufacturer relations, customer services, marketing, pricing and asset management, fleet maintenance and vehicle remarketing. Motability Operations Ltd delivers worry-free mobility to over 600,000 customers at affordable prices. • We offer around 2,000 different vehicle types from around 30 manufacturers and work with a network of around 5,000 dealers • The Motability Car Scheme lease includes: insurance for two named drivers, servicing and maintenance, full RAC breakdown assistance and tyre and windscreen replacement • The Motability scooter or powered wheelchair lease includes: insurance, breakdown assistance, servicing, maintenance and repairs and tyre and battery replacement. The Motability Car Scheme currently experiences customer satisfaction levels of 98%.
