DESCRIPTION

Newydd is a charitable housing association that offers nearly 3,000 affordable homes for rent and sale to people where need is at its greatest in mid and south Wales. The Newydd vision is simply to provide affordable, sustainable homes with excellent customer service to tenants and customers. This is our goal and everything we do is intended to bring us closer to achieving it. The Cadarn Housing Group was established as Newydd Housing Association in 1974. In 1998, a group structure was formed with the Cadarn Housing Group as the parent company and Newydd Housing Association as a subsidiary.
