Nimbitech emerged from the idealistic minds of a Delivery Lead, two Consultants and a Developer with a passion for innovation, technology and a search for ethical standards and a company that did the right thing by people. Having experienced both ends of the spectrum from corporate IT to small software consultancies we always seemed to find ourselves being the advocates for change. This would often leave us labelled as “disturbers” because we questioned old methods… Unfortunately for them we are the type of people that don’t like doing things just for the sake of it and have to understand and buy into the value expected before doing. We have never found an environment where everyone felt safe to honestly express themselves and be supported in furthering ideas they may have, so we thought why not create one and allow us to give others the opportunities we had so desperately wanted for ourselves.
