Who we are PPHE Hotel Group (PPHE) is an international hospitality real estate group with a £1.7 billion portfolio of primarily freehold and long leasehold assets in Europe in leading cities, urban markets and resort destinations. What we do Through our subsidiaries, jointly controlled entities and associates we own, co-own, develop, lease, operate and franchise hospitality real estate. Our primary focus is full-service upscale, upper upscale and lifestyle hotels in major gateway cities and regional centres, as well as hotel, resort and campsite properties in select resort destinations. How we do it We are one of the largest owner/operators of hotels in central London alone and our property portfolio comprises of 37 hotels and resorts in operation, offering a total of approximately 8,800 rooms and 8 campsites, offering approximately 6,000 units. Our development pipeline includes two new hotels in London and one in New York City which are expected to add an additional 600 rooms by the end of 2022/2023. We enjoy an exclusive license from Radisson Hotel Group to operate the upper upscale Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts brand across EMEA which complements our wholly-owned lifestyle brand, art’otel.
