At the time, public actif had two main areas of expertise: social listening and social media management. Once a one-man agency working for a few yet important clients, the agency has grown into a fifteen-expert bee-hive fuelled by technology and driven by passion, working with numerous national and international brands including all of our very first clients whose loyalty through the years makes us very proud. We have also expanded our capabilities along the way. As we raised more and more strategic issues to our clients, based on the unique insights we collected from our listening tools and social media management projects, we have been asked to investigate further and implement more and more innovative solutions.
