We operate worldwide providing the whole range of ITIL® courses from ITIL® Overview and ITIL® Foundation to ITIL® Intermediate and MALC (ITIL® Expert). With over one hundred and fifty training courses in our portfolio ranging from IT service management overviews to complete passport training solutions covering multiple topics we have training for your every need. We are also BCS accredited ITIL® training specialists. For the ITSM specialist practitioner, we also offer six BCS specialist courses, which includes: Service Level Management Business Relationship Management Supplier Management Change Management Problem Management Service Desk and Incident Management We run a full public schedule, and all of our courses can be run on-site for individual organisations. We offer a range of complementary specialist courses in PRINCE2®, Agile, APMP®, ISO/IEC 20000, Software Licence Management, Software Asset Management, Software Testing, DevOps, ITAM Foundation, TIPA® and TOGAF®. As well as our classroom based courses we also offer e-learning and remote instructor-led training (virtual learning), providing flexibility and control of learning and development across geographical boundaries. These services range from a mix of process improvement style workshops aimed to improve people, processes and technology, to complete baseline assessments and gap analysis services. We have specialist consultants in ITSM, IT security, IT governance and mobile technologies.
