This means providing a responsive service, being prepared for seasonal peaks and troughs, dealing promptly and courteously with customer care requests and providing a 24-hour callout service. We also offer a one-stop-shop by installing a wide range of specialist services such as multi-vent heat recovery systems, intruder alarms, TV and satellite systems, CCTV, fire alarms and door entry systems.
