We are incredibly proud to have been awarded the UK’s Finest ‘Leader as Coach’ training programme for the last two years. We started the Academy to meet the need for practical, yet professional training that was focussed on business coaching. Now we are leading the way, training business coaching skills to leaders and managers across sectors within the UK and globally. Our Business Coaching Programme is practical and informative and is delivered by our hand-picked team of practicing business coaches. Our team has a wealth of experience – bringing the learning to life and demonstrating how challenges can be overcome in the commercial environment. Our three-stage programme offers a route for optional professional accreditation and is delivered via open programmes or in-house.
