Londonist DMC is a student accommodation agency located in Central London. Since 2013 we provide our clients with both short-term and long-term accommodation, from 2 weeks up to 51 weeks. We are leaders in finding the greatest “home far from home” for our students and we pride ourselves to offer a 5 stars customer service for a 5 stars experience at our rooms. We have now over 20 different locations across London, in zone 1,2, and 3. Our portfolio includes student residences in King’s Cross, Spitalfields, Lewisham, Portobello, Highbury, Islington, Station, Camden and more. We offer to students stylish en-suite rooms, studios and apartment rooms. The residents can use all the amazing facilities within the premises, such as gym, cinema, social and study spaces, and rely on a 24/7 security and maintenance team on site. Other additional services we provide include airport transfers, first day assistance, kitchen and bathroom packs and much more. We have a dedicated sales executive for each market: Latin America, Russia & CIS countries, Middle East, Asia and Europe. Londonist HQ is in London but we have opened an office in Istanbul, Turkey in 2018. This year in February 2019, we also opened our office in Shanghai, China due to the vast number of students coming from this region. We know that our residents are looking for the best student experience in their accommodation hall and for easy access to underground stations and central London and we are the experts on those.
