This is achieved through taking full ownership and responsibility for the various functions including: - 24×7 Service Desk; - Nationwide network of Forward Service Locations (FSLs), delivering services up to 2Hr24x7; - Dedicated couriers for all deliveries and collections; - Secure returns and repair facility operated by Security Cleared (SC Level) engineers; - Access to complementary services, such as onsite spares, for duration of contract.
