Established in 1949 and with 70 years of experience, T. Balfe Construction is a family business which prides itself on the quality of its craftsmanship, customer service, attention to detail and honesty. It is fully focused on delivering the right product, at the right quality within the right timeframe. We manage and deliver projects in a broad range of construction sectors; from civil engineering and ground works for some of the biggest national residential developers to our own New Build Division. Versatility is key to the success of our business and we offer a wide range of in-house capabilities including timber frame construction, air-con systems, in-house design and steel works. Our services also include design and build and we have successfully completed many domestic, industrial and commercial projects. We operate throughout the East Midlands, Yorkshire, Peterborough, Northamptonshire and, of course, in our home county of Lincolnshire.
