TAP’s team of Paralympic champions, community leaders and subject matter experts are all people with impairments. We deliver consulting and advisory services focused disability inclusion in the workplace. Inspiration|Understanding|Change We deliver inspirational presentations, speaking from an authentic position and connect with individuals and groups alike on an issue that in some way has impacted them all. We improve understanding in organisations and leadership groups Education through sharing knowledge via presentations, workshops, seminars and 1-2-1 coaching and by exposing people to disability via simulated experience or sharing and communicating their personal encounters with disability Inclusion is achieved via structured change programmes and our team of expert consultants move teams and organisational culture to be disability inclusive, build corporate community engagement and remove barriers to ‘normalise’ inclusion. Sustainable inclusion requires a full process audit, redesign and training to create the appropriate infrastructure.
