Using an independent company maintains a neutral position between the Tenant and the Landlord and the thoroughness of our reports reduce the likelihood of a dispute and give an accurate assessment of condition between the beginning and the end of the Tenancy. Our team of Inventory Providers are all fully trained and accredited members of APIP (The Association of Inventory Providers) and work strictly to their Code of Practice. We produce Inventories/Schedule of Condition Reports, Check Ins, Mid Term Inspections and Check Out’s, which fully comply with APIP’s Code of Practice on residential properties. All our reports are evidence based, detailed, accurate, unbiased, easy to understand, include digital photographs. Reports are available within 48 hours of attended the property, delivered straight to your PC (as well as bound copies if requested), we understand that emergencies happen and will alway try our best to meet your needs when required We are fully insured for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability.
