uTalk has been making language learning fun, simple and effective for over 25 years. More than 30 million users globally used uTalk to gain the language confidence they need to break down barriers and build friendships. Founded in 1991 by entrepreneurs Dick Howeson and Andrew Ashe, uTalk is driven by a passion for enjoying adventures in languages anywhere in the world. We work with consumers, companies and colleges as well as forming partnership with major businesses such as Emirates Airline, Tui and EasyJet. uTalk is proud to have founded the uTalk Challenge (formerly the Junior Language Challenge) which encourages children to learn languages.
