Hawthorn is a corporate & financial communications consultancy established in 2013 by John Evans and Ben Elliot. We work directly with CEOs and leadership teams to develop and convey their stories with accuracy and precision. We support young businesses through the early years of growth and development, as well as working alongside multi national organisations during large scale and complex projects. In most cases Hawthorn is engaged to support specific commercial activities; this often includes scaling up or restructuring, launching new products or services, business development, raising investment or reacting to unexpected circumstances that require sensitive stakeholder management. Our ethos from the start was to provide clients with advice from individuals who listen and can advise from first hand experience in PR, but also from careers further afield. We have built a team that consists of successful entrepreneurs, ex-corporate CEOs, diplomats, journalists and analysts - all of whom bring their own unique expertise and perspectives to any given set of circumstances. Communications is our core offering; where we are different is the advice and discreet access that we are able to provide to our clients through high-level introductions that draw on our diverse set of backgrounds and collective networks.
