Wythenshawe Community Housing Group an accredited 'Investors In People' Platinum Employer was formed on 1st April 2013 following a new group structure of Willow Park Housing Trust and Parkway Green Housing Trust. This Group structure has created a combined stock of almost 14,000 properties, providing homes to more than 20,000 people across Wythenshawe, Manchester with a projected annual turnover of £90 million per year. The new organisation has built on the existing strengths of both companies and will enable the preservation of high quality community services and continued investment in the local area.
